This book was written in 2007 by former Legislative Assistant, Researcher, and writer Tim Bloedow. It is as relevant today as it was then.
It exposes the government’s agenda as a belief system called secularism, which he explains. That belief system is the basic religion that has informed laws passed in Canada for many decades. It replaces the Biblical belief system of Christianity.
Tim argues that the term ‘Separation of Church and State’ has been hijacked and redefined by the state to mean ‘the separation of religion from politics’. He explains what the phrase truly means.
The book argues that we all take our belief system (religion) into every area of life. For Christians, it is a Biblical system (Christianity), and for secularists, it is secularism.
Hopefully, the laws he cites and the examples he uses will help you answer the question, ‘Whose religion is on display?’ when you apply it to any law.
